Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Requirements All catering orders must be placed at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance. All booking requests are subject to availability and approval. No booking is confirmed until the required deposit has been received. 2. Catering Pricing Catering services start at $350. Final pricing varies depending on the number of guests, menu selections, food quantities, and any additional services requested. Customers will receive a customized quote for approval before payment. 3. Deposit Requirements A non-refundable portion of the deposit is required to secure your event date. A 50% deposit of the total catering cost must be paid after the order has been reviewed and approved. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. 4. Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments through Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and our website. Customers may choose their preferred available payment method. All payments must be confirmed by Vick’s Party Rentals and Catering LLC. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy If a customer cancels a catering order, only 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% of the deposit is retained to cover booking and preparation expenses. No refunds will be issued once catering services have been completed. 6. Delivery, Setup & Serving Staff Our standard catering services include food preparation and delivery only. On-site setup and serving staff are not included in the standard catering price. Serving staff may be provided upon request for an additional fee. All staffing arrangements must be discussed, approved, and included in the final quote before the event. 7. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for serving food unless serving staff have been arranged and paid for in advance. Customers are also responsible for maintaining proper food temperatures after delivery, including keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold. 8. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Customers must notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming their order. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment. Customers are responsible for informing their guests of known ingredients and potential allergens.
